What is a Great Niche?

I personally believe that one good, strong niche can really make you rich. There are several characteristics that all great niches have in common. Here they are...

Lots of interested buyers.
This is the first characteristic that you should look after when picking a niche. You need lots and lots of people that are interested to BUY not the type of people that just want to look around your pretty sales page and then leave without giving you anything in return.

Potential for multiple products.
This means that the niche you are going to pick have to has several products to promote. It is important because if you can only found 1 or 2 good products in that niche then the future of your new business will surely be short lived.

Existing products.
When doing your market research you have to check whether or not that particular niche you are going to enter has an existing product or not. Because this is a true sign to look for if there are a good amount of potential buyers out there.

Competition.
Now this might intimidate you a little bit because what that means is you will have other people that already selling the same product in your particular niche. But I really encourage you not to get scared by competitors because competition is a sure fire way to know exactly whether you are able to make money on that niche or not. Usually, the higher the competition means the larger the amount of potential buyers.

Passion or pain.
Psychologically speaking, people if they passionate about something or experience something that can cause pain, they will make an emotional decision. It's a common secret that most people make their buying decision based on their current emotion level not by their logical thinking. This means they will press that 'buy' button quickly.

Magazine.
You should check the internet if the niche you are interested in has some magazines available. Because this will tells you if there are people that are already interested in that niche. And it also gives you an idea of supply and demand. The more magazines you found the better your opportunity on selling a product in that particular niche

Association.
Go to Google, type in your niche and type the word 'association'. When the result pages show you a lot of associations correlated to your niche then you can safely assume that there will be potential buyers in that niche.
