Quality products and service are something that you need to commit to provide your customers. Many business owners take a step in the right direction with this initially, then once they are up and running, they will often cut back on spending, resulting in a shoddy service or product for their customers. Then the customers stop coming. If you need to make a cut in your outgoings, select another aspect of your business to cut back on, not the quality of your products. Otherwise you will soon end up out of customers and then out of your business.

Keeping your promises and meeting your deadlines is essential to growing your business. Excuses and missed deadlines is not good enough to keep your customers. Occasionally it might be that you cannot help missing a deadline, and if this happens, you must be honest and upfront to the customer and may even offer them a gift or a discount on the work that you are doing for them.
