For example, if you were providing products that do not have related content on YouTube then placing YouTube on your website would not be as productive as placing something from Yahoo, Google, Ebay or Amazon.
The first thing to do is determine which of the affiliate sites you belong to will provide you with the most benefit. This is primarily determined through relevancy. Which sites are going to provide the most relevant data for your affiliate mashup store. This will give you your basic list. Once you have the list it is best to sort through it in order to determine the best three out of the list that you have.
Then determine the best keywords to use to draw content from the three sites you have chosen for example Youtube, Ebay and Amazon. Each one will use different keywords in order to produce results through there may be some similarities. Choose the best keywords out of created list. These are the most commonly used. There are a number of keyword generators and websites that can tell you the percentages of keyword usage. These are helpful in making these determinations.
You can also test out various keyword combinations to see how the changes affect traffic to determine which ones generate the most traffic for you and make adjustments. You will want to make sure that the keywords you pick are ones that are going to generate enough content to update on a regular basis. This keeps content fresh and keeps people visiting.
