What Should You Do If Your Company is About to Be Nationalized?

Today, we have a real problem in the world as countries start to nationalize business assets. We are not so innocent in the US as we might believe; as in Auto, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance Industries for instance. Still, the real issues, which are even more serious are those in the Latin American countries such as; Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela, and who knows what other surprises are on the horizon.

So, what advice can I give to companies that are worried about being nationalized? Well, if you find out the government is going to make such a move why not start moving out your most expensive assets.

Act as if you are oblivious and move in lots of crappy old equipment pretending you are doing up-grades, this will cause the leadership of the nation to wait, until you bring in more stuff, so they can take it, their greed will get the best of them. Even go so far as to announce major upgrades which you hope to have completed by; stated date.

Set up sabotage systems which you can set in motion if they overtake your facility with military force and kick you out, these systems should self implode various key infrastructure components, within a few weeks. Tell the national leaders you will assist them in the transfer, but get your family out of the country and plan your escape.

Lastly, have friends and feelers left so you can see the nation crumble after taking your company's assets and witness those failures online, through media, and enjoy your life in some paradise somewhere in the world. When the nation crashes completely, they'll invite you back after the regime change. Please consider all this.
