I Am getting sick and tired of them:
At my age, everyday that I wake up is a blessing. At least until I open my email and things are never as rosy as I want them to be. Ninety nine percent of the emails I receive daily are about Free Reports. Of what? Basically of the same things that I am beginning to wonder if there will ever be something different in the world of online business.
More often than not, these free reports are:
o Sinister plots to get opt-in leads;
o More than a mile long of endless endorsements that are impossible to verify for their veracity;
o Mostly lacking in substance, too verbose, poor in grammar and syntax, and guaranteed to confuse the readers rather than enlighten them;
o Mostly, albeit in subtle ways, offering Free entrance but with an "Add to Cart" icon at the end.
If taken in the context of a basketball game, I have long become a master at the 3-point shot with these Free Reports.
Where to get really good and helpful Free Report:
If I want a really good Free Report, go to Google and you will have tons of it. In one surfing session of the subject, the search engine registered 602 million hits on "Online Business Free Reports." And I did not have to opt-in to read some of them.
Build your business with the right attitude:
One such free report is "How to Build a Business with Attitude." Back in the days when part of my job was to train technicians, my favorite line was "Give me a guy with the right attitude and I will make a superstar out of him. But I will terminate in no time anyone who does not have one."
While everybody is taking about "attitude," only very few realize how important it is, not only in online business, but in every aspect of out lives. It can mean a day full of sunshine or gloom, it can mean lifting oneself up after a hard fall and getting back into the race, it can mean dogged perseverance despite mounting odds against success. When everything else is seemingly lost, it can mean putting a smile on one's face with the grim determination to do better next time.
And after four years of trying my hand at online business with nothing much to show, I need the attitude to carry me on until I shall realize my dreams.
My resolve:
Starting yesterday, I have kept myself from anything offering another "free report." Rather, I shall look into myself and fix those "attitudes" which do not take me to the end I desire. And this shall be the "attitude" online newbies must have as well.
