1. Having a life. The best way to get started having more success with women is by building a life where you enjoy yourself. Get some decent clothes. Start taking care of your body. Do something different every weekend and push your limits. Go places you've never been before - you will have lots of stories to tell. Women find novelty very exciting.
2. Closely related - Having self-respect. And what is the easiest route to self-respect? Being secure with money. I think one of the biggest things that can hold many of us guys back is not having enough money to go for your dreams and ambitions. Even doing the things I described in point one will take money. Personally, I found that the best thing I could do to help my success with women is to take care of money issues and work on achieving a good level of income for myself.
3. Being socially savvy and confident. As I said, you should do new things as much as possible. What I also suggest you do that I started doing from the beginning, is to meet new people whenever you can. When I go to a party, then my rule is that I will spend most of my time at a party with people I don't already know. This is a challenge to myself and it makes me grow as a person and as a communicator. It's one of the best habits I've learned to have - and you can do this too.
4. Being comfortable and open about your desires. If what you want from a woman is making out with her and having sex, and not a long-term relationship, then don't be insecure about it. Her attitude about sex will closely follow your attitude about it. Trust me, this works more often than you'd expect. If you don't have any hangups, neither will she. And when she expresses concern, and you don't take it seriously and just enjoy yourself, she will accept that too. I've learned that's how it works.
