When I initially started out online, I owned a great web site but simply had no website traffic at all looking at it. I then began to try every traffic generation tactic available online today. I tried Pay per click advertising, banner advertising, blog ads, ezine ads, forum marketing etc. I tried everything, you name it I did it. Some of these website traffic systems worked very well and some I still use to this day, however there is one website traffic tactic that I make my number 1 propriety; that is of course - article marketing.

On some of the days I was experimenting furiously, I would easily acquire up to 1000+ potential customers every single day. However a lot of that traffic was very un-targeted and the conversions were extremely poor. Sales figures were very low.

I then discovered article marketing. It was exactly what I was looking for. I like writing and the thought of distributing content to websites with high traffic and let them work for me generating website traffic sounded brilliant. Also with article marketing you are pretty much guaranteed qualified website traffic.

I then began to write 5 articles every day for a few weeks. This generated a great income for a while. I then had a "light bulb" flash. If I doubled my article writing effort. Then this would double my website traffic and profits! So that's what I did. I then began to submit 10 articles every day and my earnings tripled since I began to also use joint ventures to create even more free web traffic. However these joint ventures would never of come about if I didn't use article marketing to create my list, generate constant traffic and produce sales automatically.
