One of the first exercises you can do while sitting is the get lean lounge. This works your shoulders, arms, butt, and thighs. You do this by standing with a ball pressed between your lower back and the wall. Then hold a weight in your right arm with your arm extended over your head and your left hand on your hip. Take a step forward with your left foot and place your right foot flat against the wall. Then lunge until your right knee is above the floor and bend your right elbow. Repeat this fifteen times bringing your weight forward to your shoulder.
Another exercise that will help you burn off those calories is called toning twist. It works your arms, abs, butt, and thighs. You start by going into a deep squat position while holding one weight in both hands as it is placed outside of your right hip. Then stand as you move weight across to the left and over your head to the right. Repeat fifteen times and switch sides and then repeat again.
