For this join real estate investment clubs where other people like you will most probably be the ones to give the most information. Get to know everyone on your network personally so that you have a better rapport with them. You may have people in your network who are in Property management firms who can pass on great deals to you.

Now armed with this basic information get down to business and try to create your own web of people who can pave the way for your success.
