We've always been told to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, by nutritionist, dieticians and doctors. But why is this? It's no surprised that around 70% of our body is made up of water, right? But the question that I'm all too often asked is simple, what are the benefits that water can give me, with regard to acne. So in short, the use of water can drastically help you to reduce the systems of an oily face by flushing out all the old food that has built up in your stomach as a result of your diet. The best part is, water is an extremely inexpensive way for you to minimise the effects of acne. That being said, you may be wondering how much water should I drink each day?
The answer to that question is also very simple, you should aim for at least 8 glasses of water each day. The more you drink, the better it will be.
