Tell yourself not to do what you did when you get back together with your ex. Although you must be thinking "It's not 100% sure that I'll get back together with my ex, why must i tell myself not to do the same thing again?" You have to be positive and tell yourself that YOU WILL get back together with him/her. That way it will make you do your very best to be together with your ex again.

3 - After You've Changed, Prove It To Your Ex

Show it to him/her that the both of you deserves a second chance, and that you have changed and are willing to do anything for your ex in the future. Use words and actions to prove it.

4 - Remind Your Ex About Those Good Memories The Both Of You Once Shared

Unless the both of you didn't have any memories worth to be remembered, remind your ex about all those memories and tell him/her that it can happen again, and you can form more memories with them again.

5 - Let The Past Be It. Move On.
