Walk Our Talk

Touch our own hearts and ask ourselves, "Why are we here in our very own e-group or forum?" Each of us definitely has our own story to tell. If it is sheer frustration with the current state of affairs in the country, then let us use this avenue as a channel to say something about it. Let your voice be heard. Many things do in fact affect us in some way: now, let's just think, it could be the on-going corruption, lies, bigotry, murders, lack of transparency and accountability, or perhaps the manipulation of the most sacred institutions in our country.

Just exactly HOW and WHAT do you feel about these state of affairs? Arguably, discussions are crucial, and interaction on the Net must continue. But, there is more to this; YOU HAVE TO EMBRACE ACTION!

Two questions arise:

1. "Will my involvement change the situation?" Or,
2. "Will my non-involvement change the situation?"

CHANGE can only come about if we get out of our comfort zones and be resourceful. What would it take for each one of us to take action as we talk, to do something within our locality for the love our country, our family and society, and for the sake of our future? It is now a time for us to reflect on what we can start doing as of NOW, together and at ground zero.

What is unique in each one of us that makes us offer skills that no one else can? Are you receiving a calling to stand up for what you care about, and your willingness to offer your services to help rebuild your country? We all have our role to play in that respect and we must get started now to do something, together to provide a check and balance.

That calling NOW, is so very important. Why? Because procrastination on our part will walk us straight back through the corridors of power that supports corruption and abuse. It is imperative that we protect and save what we so cherish, and work towards making our society live in a better world.
