WWE Raw is the major cable TV program run by World Wrestling Entertainment. The program has now aired on cable television for 15 years, making it one of the longest running cable television programs today. It's featured some of the biggest and brightest wrestlers who have become celebrities in their own right. It's featured a battle with the former World Championship Wrestling on the Turner Network. It's also featured superstars, divas, stories, crazy matches and great entertainment for the WWE fans.

WWE Raw began its legacy way back in 1993. It started out as a taped show from Madison Square Garden each week. It would feature top notch wrestling superstars including the Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, Bret Hart and British Bulldog. The color commentary team calling the matches featured Jerry "the King" Lawler and the current chairman of WWE, Vince McMahon. Of course as the show progressed, Vince eventually entered into the show, its stories and matches more. And as the show advanced various wrestlers became superstars. The best examples include the likes of Hunter Hearst Helmsley (Triple H), Rocky "The Rock" Maivia and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

WWE Raw held its 15 year anniversary show in December of 2007. The show featured highlights from the past 15 years of Raw, and even had some of its legendary superstars and divas make appearances. Stone Cold Steve Austin showed up at the very end of the show in a very fitting segment. He toasted a beer to chairman Vince McMahon in the ring, then delivered a "Stone Cold Stunner" on him, dropping Vince to the mat. WWE Raw continues to hit hard every week. The excitement of Monday Night Raw lives on!

MC is author of WWE Characters the Blog which discusses topics like the WWE Raw TV show, the wrestling superstars, and the WWE Divas.
