3 - Spread the Word - It is amazing a how telling someone your goals holds you accountable to getting it done.
4 - Meditate - Get up early to mediate even if all that you can fit in is fifteen minutes. Mediating clears out the mental clutter, allowing you to focus on what you really want.
5 - Believe in Yourself - If you do not believe in yourself, then who will? Picture yourself winning that award. Use positive affirmations, and have confidence in yourself. You can do it!
