You may be complaining right now:

- I have to do everything myself

- No one else can do this as well as I can

- How can I trust them?

- What if they take my money and don't do the work?

- What if the quality is too low for me?

All these issues will go away when you realize that there are services on the Web that allow you to affordably, safely, certainly and quickly to get your work done by others.

You simply post a Project.  Be sure to state everything you want.  If you want a logo prepared, for example, be sure to include in your Project description that you want unlimited revisions so that you know you will get exactly what you want.

Anything that can be done by phone or fax or email or web can be done by an elance Provider.  Anything that can be done elsewhere and then delivered to you electronically or by courier can be done by an elance Provider.  Simply go to elance and see their long list of categories.

How do you know about quality?  That's easy.  After every job is completed, the Buyers rate the Providers and those ratings are shown individually and in summary.  At a glance, you can tell which bidders are the great Providers.

What if I pay and they don't deliver.  This issue is solved too.  You send your money by PayPal or credit card to elance to be held in its escrow account.  You release your funds from the escrow account to the Provider only when you are happy with the job done.

Typically I get 5 to 20 bids on every Project I post.  And, the bidders are typically from The Philippines or India where the need for the US dollar is so high and the cost of living in those countries is so low that the prices bid for your Project are very low, in Western World terms.
