To better communicate your product or services to your potential buyers within the shortest possible time effectively, there is nothing else that comes close to the effectiveness and persuasion power of a well designed video message. No doubt... video has taken the internet by storm. So many people are watching so many videos online, that even the Major Broadcast Network Television companies are scared that they'll become obsolete in the internet world.
However, do you know that there is more to effective video communication than just slamming some video content up on your web pages or blog? It is definitely not that simple as what you are thinking. Basically, you will need to present them in a simple and yet convincing ways for your audience.
In addition, you will certainly need to make your video a short one. No one will ever want to sit through a 30 minute presentation on the product, service offered, or even you're your company history. Visitors are not paid to sit through your video presentations. Besides, you must also remember that there are still some visitors that could be using a much lower network connection speed and the long video could be a burden to them. They might give up seeing your video anytime,
Personally, I would think that a two to four minutes video presentation should be more than enough. Having said that, you should also make sure that your video is lively. In the internet video world, a two minutes video can seem like an eternity if the content is dull and lifeless.
You must also know that video is not just purely a visual medium. An effective video should combines sound and vision towards a perfect synergy. Do you know that there are still countless product demonstrations on the web that do not use sound or music at all? A video with no sound or music will not have any hope of sustaining your visitor interest.
The most important thing here is that you must always include your web link through visual and audio in your video clip. Spell them clearly so that your visitor will be able to check for more information through this web link if they are interested. Besides knowing the above techniques to create video, you must also know how you could leverage on it and market your video. The theory is just like web creation and marketing. Your website or video is nothing if no one knows about it.
As such, you will need to market your video well. There are a lot of ways to market your video. You could leverage on some of the popular video sharing websites such as youtube, VideoEgg, Dailymotion, Veoh and Google Video. They have tons and tons of viewers every single day. You should always try to promote your video through many of these video sharing websites instead of just focusing on one of them which everyone did.
The other ways to promote your video is through classified ads. However, you may need to pay some possible charges to them in order to be listed you're your videos. In addition, you should also get your video clip housed in your blog or website to get more viewers.
