Some parent's have begun to see a correspondence between vaccinations and autism. Onset of autism is prior to age 3 when our children are most commonly subjected to the multiple needles that are supposed to care for and protect your child from future infection. Society has become so preoccupied with keeping away illness that we are injected with it at a small age in hopes we will never get the full blown version later in life. We aim to protect our children from harm, but what happens to a concerned parent when they feel they just harmed their child by vaccinating them?
Disbelief and dismay affect the parent of an autistic child when you first receive that diagnosis. It is only natural to seek an outside cause, a reason other than them just being made that way, to explain why they are affected. After all, we are taught that everything has a reason behind it, so diseases and disabilities need one too. So it is only natural we place blame on something that pains us to do to begin with. Vaccinating your child can be a parents worst nightmare. To hold your little loved one as they cry out in pain, a pain you subjected them to can be heartbreaking. You are supposed to be their protector, keeping them safe from harm, not the one holding them as someone else pricks them with a needle. Questions from doctors raise alarm bells, anything unusual during pregnancy and birth, and did you vaccinate your child can seem like the last questions that you would be asked as your child faces a lifetime of affliction.
Think about it this way. At one point in history heroine and cocaine were common use, now they are forbidden deadly drugs. What about the vaccinations you just injected your child with?
