A short workout before dinner will stimulate your metabolism and help you sleep soundly through the night.

In fact, with a little practice, you can learn to do just about every workday task while walking on your treadmill. Even talking on the phone without sounding "breathless". To multitask like this requires that you walk at a slow speed, but at this slow pace and with the distractions of your work you can walk for hours on end with minimal effort. Even at a slow pace, you will still burn a great deal of calories and fat due to the increased length of time you are exercising.

There are many reasons why a compact treadmill is a great choice for weight-loss and to maintain good cardiac health and general fitness. Beginners will find it easy to use, while more experienced users can choose a more vigorous workout. Best of all is the convenience and the versatility. Choose a time that is convenient, then select the intensity of your workout and decide if you want to Watch TV, listen to music, or do something else as you walk off those extra pounds.
