Here is how to search - First open up your web browser to http://www.google.com Then enter your keyword in the search box - and click SEARCH in this example the keyword is dog training.

Now locate the button (on left side of Google Results page) that says MORE and click it - in the list of options select blogs which will give you the search results for blogs only.

Now you have a blog search window (Blogs highlighted in the More options panel) and your search field - so you can now add the "post a comment" and "you must be logged in to post a comment"strings to the search ie - keyword "post a comment" "you must be logged in to post a comment" -which will not just find blogs, but blogs you can comment on.
