After giving birth you find arrive home which are wonderful bundle of joy. But, there are going to be changes they're going to be many things that you need to adjust to and you are going to have lots of questions regarding your baby. I have seen this many times our friends and family will have read books and magazines before giving birth and taken all of the advice and information on board. But, the reality is it's completely different for everyone when they finally arrive home from the hospital.

Some of the questions you may have went around your babies eating habits. You'll want to know are they eating enough, how much do you feed them, should you use breast milk or formula. These can be difficult questions that you do not have to worry too much. Because there is lots of advice and help out there to help guide you through the first few months of your baby's life.

In the beginning you will only feed your baby milk they simply love this and cannot get enough sometimes. The simple reason for this is they do not have a mature digestive system and it takes them a little bit of time for just to mature so they can handle real food. As your baby starts to get a little bit older and you start to introduce cereal and other foods they will still drink milk because it helps supply them with the necessary calcium and nutrition.

There are many benefits gained from breast-feeding your child and there are websites dedicated to the subject alone in fact the world health organization recommends that breast-feeding is the best milk you can give your child is supposed to formula. I suppose we have been around for thousands of years before the introduction of synthetic formula milk. Before this was introduced if your baby did not like breastmilk they simply did not live in the formula is really just a substitute for any issues that may arise from babies not wanting to breast-feed.
