Whether you live in the United Kingdom or further afield there are many things that you can see and do on the British Isles.

Starting off in London there is a host of attractions and activities to see and take part in, including the BBC Television Centre where you can go behind the scenes of many of the top BBC soap dramas and other popular programs such as Blue Peter and the BBC News Centre. There is also the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, and the London Aquarium. If you want some thrills added to your journey to London then why not try the London Dungeon where you can experience a historic horror attraction such as the Great Fire of London, all interactively.

Moving up the country to the Midlands you will find many forests and castles, such as the world famous Sherwood Forest in Nottingham where Robin Hood stole from the rich to give to the poor. The Midlands are also famous for their wide and varied collection of museums from transport museums to the award winning museum of law trust. If you love trains and railways then the Midlands is the place to go with its steam engines and locomotives, and railways that feature some of the days-gone-by trains and vintage pieces.

Finally as we move further North we come to Scotland, a place steeped in history, with stunning views, houses, castles, gardens and palaces. The most famous of all the Scottish castles is Edinburgh Castle with its complex building history where parts of the architecture have said to date back to the early 12th Century. There is plenty to see and do here, with museums, memorials and even the Crown Jewels of Scotland are based here.
