The LG GM750 is a smart phone with an impressive range of features. It has the ability to multi task by virtue of the fact that it utilises the services of a Qualcomm MSM7201A 528 MHz processor and Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional as its operating system. This ensures the phone is responsive and provides the means to access functionality and provide quick and effective multi tasking. The phone also comes with a whole host of additional features which make it an attractive proposition.

The phone offers an impressive 5 mega pixel camera which operates at a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels. To help in taking effective images the camera provides auto focus. At this resolution the camera is able to take excellent quality images that are good enough to print out. The camera doubles up as a video capture device as well and offers effective video recording and playback. The option to use the available video call function included within the phone is provided by a secondary camera.

The display screen on the phone is a 3.0 inch TFT resistive touch screen. It is colourful and displays images in a vivid and vibrant fashion. The screen is able to display up to 256,000 colours which means that images have a true life like colour representation. As its means of accessing the features, the phone utilises the S class touch user interface.

Entertainment is provided by the inclusion of an MP3/MP4 and a useful stereo FM radio. The player will play many audio and video file formats whilst the radio offers the ability to listen to broadcasts from a choice of radio stations. The addition of an organiser, pocket versions of MS office and a voice memo feature allows the user to conduct numerous work related tasks with the handset.

The HSDPA and Wi-Fi connections offer web browsing at up to speeds of 7.2 Mbps. GPRS, EDGE, Blue tooth and microUSB are also available and ensure that the phone can connect to a variety of devices and therefore conduct numerous tasks whilst on the move. The element of satellite navigation is provided through the GPS with A-GPS support function.

The LG GM750 is a compact handset considering the size of its screen. It is 109 mm by 53 mm wide whilst being only 12 mm thick. It is a handset which has only recently been released, but already has won favour with many.
