Call management and follow up receives over 20 pages of attention. He discusses many types of residents and provides a 20 page installment on setting and adjusting leases. His glossary is extensive. Maintenance is covered from day to day requirements through upgrades and renovations. Accounting occupies the last over 30 pages of the book.
Serious property managers should have this book, should study this book, and should put its concepts to work operating their properties. Investors will benefit from the volume because their base understanding will be increased dramatically preparing themselves to anticipate and act on almost any requirement that may come to their attention. If you are planning becoming involved in the business this is a tool you need on your bookshelf.
