Each time my clients complain about their busy work schedules, I always tell them to buy themselves some time by simply outsourcing their writing needs to ghostwriters. You see, outsourcing is the best way to get articles and even web content done but only if you do the entire process right.

Here are some tips to get the most out of this endeavor:

1. Be descriptive. Instead of telling service providers that you need 100 articles on auto insurance, offer them with all the details that they need in order to help them come up with the exact articles that you're looking for. For example, you can tell them your preferred format. Do you want them to break up your articles into several short paragraphs? Do you want them to use subheadings? Do you want them to include keywords on each of the paragraphs? Do you want them to keep your articles short?

2. Be careful when hiring "cheap ghostwriters." I don't have anything against in finding ways on how you can save money but working with ghostwriters who charge $1-$2/article might not sound like a good idea. You see, great writers know their worth. If they're confident that they can offer you with high quality articles, there is no way on earth that they'll charge less than $5 per article.

3. Check the articles. Do not be too confident with your ghostwriters. One of my clients committed this deadly mistake. He was working with a ghostwriter for several months and he used the articles without even reading them. Turns out that the ghostwriter also outsourced the articles and the quality was really bad. You don't want this to happen to you, right?

All in all, each article you are responsible for. So even if someone else writes it - it must live up to your standards.
