This time of year with the kids going back to school can be quite busy and quite exhausting. I don't know about you but this time of year, I get tired all the time.
I mean, it seems life gets busier every year, doesn't it? I think back 30 years ago and it feels like yesterday when I was swimming with my friends at the swim club and hadn't a care in the world. I don't recall being tired all the time back then.
Well, things sure change, don't they? We get old... and tired... and more tired... and feel more tired. Well, since we can't reverse time, we've got to deal with what we are given at the moment... and if it be exhaustion, then so be it.
So over time, I have learned a few things about how to deal with chronic exhaustion. So I am going to share these 2 tips with you on how to not be tired all of the time. And the great part about these tips are they are both all natural and don't cost much.
- Try drinking apple cider vinegar. You can put 1 TBS in a glass of water and drink it that way or you can put 1 TBS in a glass of apple or grape juice, too... which hides the taste a bit. Doing this twice a day will definitely perk you up. I recommend Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar as that is what I take and it works. Plus, it only costs under $6 and typically lasts a month.
- I don't know why this works but sometimes when I am ready to fall asleep at my desk, I take a chewable vitamin C. I take 500 mg tablets. Sometimes, it takes a few tablets to make a difference but for me, it definitely gives me more energy. This also can be inexpensive if you buy it online.
Don't let exhaustion get the best of you. Try these tips and then go swim a few laps at your local pool!
