This week I want to focus on giving you some surefire tips on how to talk to single women:

In your conversation, look into the eyes of the woman that you're talking with. When you make direct eye contact it says to her, "I'm listening. I want to hear more." To show agreement and interest, occasionally raise and lower your eyebrows. When she is talking, listen with your eyes as well as your ears. If you look away, you may signify to her, "I'm bored" or "I don't agree." The result will usually be a short and unfulfilling conversation. That surely is not the result you want.

However, to look away while speaking is quite natural. It's a sign that the topic is being shifted or those thoughts are being collected. A pause while glancing away usually means an uncompleted thought, signaling, "I haven't finished. Don't interrupt me."

Give her your undivided attention when talking to her. Focus your ears as well as your eyes on her as she speaks. If you practice techniques such as restating and echoing, it is less likely your mind will wander. If your mind does wander, don't try to guess what you missed. Admit that you must have missed something, and ask her to repeat it.

As you become a more experienced conversationalist, it will be easier for your mind, senses and emotions to clear themselves of distractions. You'll do a better job of hearing what she has to say when you can concentrate more freely.
