In all new learning, teething problems are normal; perhaps, you have encountered some barbequing teething problems but the good news is, you can learn from your mistakes if you put mind to it.
Here are some useful hints on preparing superb barbeques.
The use of non-stick cooking spray is the first thing you need to do. Spray your cooking surface with non-stick cooking spray. This prevents your meat from clinging to the cooking element of your grill; if your meat/food does not stick to your cooking surface then you won't lose any part of it and it will eventually come out delicious and appealing. Your meat becomes repulsive if it dries out!
Insure your cooking surface attains an appropriate temperature before placing your meat on it; this is often included in owner's manual, as this will cause varying temperatures which can burn your food or get it dried out.
You may also make the charcoals completely turn grey before placing your food on it, when using charcoal barbeque grill. And also note that the use of charcoal lighter fluid has a 50-50 chance; it may not give you the taste you desire.
Do not place frozen or even half-frozen meat or food on the grill; this will alter the grill surface temperature and your food can get burnt. Defrost your food long enough before placing it on the grill. You may even thaw it in a microwave before grilling.
Serve your finished meal under good hygienic conditions; do not use wet utensils or the same plate you used to carry the raw meat to serve. Insure you serve the food with dry utensils.
