If you were to think and review your life, you will know whether you are happy and if you are living your life to the fullest extent based on your choices or not. You should give a hundred percent effort to live life kind size to be happy. Follow these tips that can help you in this direction.

Follow these three points and you will lead a fuller life and be happy:

Make free time: It is important that every day you make some free time to be by yourself and do things that give you joy and happiness. Be it spending time introspecting or listening to music or learning a hobby, this time is for you alone.

People often take up to gardening, learning new music or simply going in to a spa for a beauty treatment etc. that helps them unwind and become more peaceful.

Often cleaning up your belongings and giving away things that you do not need helps you put things in order in your room as well as in your life and mind. It makes you feel clean, relieved and unburdened.

Even if you have things that you are not currently using but may seem useful at some point in future, do not keep them as they occupy a lot of space in your attic, garage or basement and besides gather dust. They may be useful for someone else today.

Whenever you have free time, learn to sit down, still your body and meditate for a few minutes or hours. This can help you get a feeling of calm and peace as well as promote body health. You can learn the technique from any book or take up classes to learn the right method of meditation or otherwise sit simply still and let go and enjoy the peaceful state of mind and body.

Even if you get only a few minutes of free time daily, make sure you shut yourself up from the outside world, hang your worries and thoughts and enjoy the silence of the mind. Tranquil mind makes you aware of the sense of bliss.
