The Wonder Called Positive Thinking

It is said that there is a demon and an angel living in everybody's heart. Both of them are continuously striving to influence us. Those who listen to the angel become positive and those who listen to the demon become negative. A positive would look at the brighter side of life. He enjoys a bird's flight. He would listen to birds' twittering as if it were a song while the negatives would find it a noisy bedlam.

An individual with positive approach to life would not be deterred by any obstacles. Like 'Jonathan Livingston Seagull' he is filled with confidence and even in the face of opposition he meanders his way through criticism turning his own life into an inspiration for others. Such an individual is focused and determined.

A positive person bears in his heart love, compassion and sympathy for his fellows on the earth. He looks at the brighter side of life. He appreciates the first ray of sunshine peeping out of fog. He counts God's blessings and shows his gratitude by returning it to society in one or the other way. A positive person tends to keep himself healthy mentally and physically. His attitude towards life is positive. He reaches out to others, makes a difference in their lives without any selfish motives and in turn he gets their love and admiration and turns out to be a likable person. People like to associate with him. He sends positive vibes. Regardless of his looks he pulls people with a magnetic force.

This positive attitude towards life gives him strength and confidence to act according to his own free will without caring for what others would say or think about him. An individual with such a demeanor does not necessarily have to have higher educational degrees but he needs to be rich in knowledge and commonsense.

The fact that he is ready to deliver exalts him to a higher pulpit from where he can lead others. These types of persons spell success. They are the ones selected out of thousands to take up a position of responsibility. They are the team leaders. They do not fear competition. Instead they take competition as a challenge and enjoy fighting it. They are generous and kind. This generosity comes to them spontaneously and naturally.

Their positivity has tuned their minds in such a way that they are always in a win - win position. They are the high achievers. And the best part of it is that their achievements don't make them vain. They are still down to earth, lovable and likable.

All this starts from a little grain - the grain of being positive. You will be surprised to see how this single piece of grain multiplies in your brain, in your heart. What you need to do in the first place is - let that demon of negativity sleep where it is. Don't allow it to wake up. If it does so at anytime of the day don't feed it, don't support it, do not entertain it, and don't listen to it. Leave it there to famish to die because you are a positive person - a hundred percent positive.
