The Value Of Autoresponders - Are They Effective And Reliable?

Value is largely determined by the individual who uses a certain product. What may be of value to me may not be valuable to you. So let's set some foundation from which to build. If you are like me I do not have the money to pay for leads. In this economy small business owners must use all resources at their disposal. What if I told you an autoresponder will help to build your business list for 60 cents a day? Does that build value?

Many autoresponder companies start off with a very low cost but by the time you have built a respectable list the price goes up. Every time that happens it eats into the profit margins of small business owners. Just imagine if there was someone out there with an autoresponder that stayed at the same price no matter how many clients were on the list. Does that build value?

Next, let's take a look at how effective autoresponders are for the small business owner. For many of us, we don't have the time to continue to check our emails, to continue to check our voice mail, to continue to spend valuable time calling names in the phone book, or going door-to-door trying to scare up some business. An autoresponder automatically sends out an email from you-the small business owner as soon as someone fills out the opt-in form. Is that effective?

Another feature of an autoresponder that makes autoresponders effective is the fact they never go on break. No 10 AM break, No lunch break, No 2:30 PM break, and No dinner break. They never take time off to go to the doctor, or any other kind of appointment. Even at 5Pm or whenever you go home; they at still working. When you sleep they do not. No Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, or Labor Day. They keep working for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. When you are on vacation autoresponders keep on working! Is that effective?

Finally, let's find out how reliable autoresponders are for small business owners. Dictionary.com defines reliable as dependable, accurate, and honest. Since the small business owner determines what is sent out, when it's sent out, how it's sent out, where it's sent out, and why it's sent out. The matter of accuracy is also determined by the small business owner. Is that reliable?

Honesty is measured by credibility and sometimes we rely on outside sources to determine honesty of how the company does business. I recommend an autoresponder that is accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Only companies that provide reliable service can be associated with the BBB. Is that reliable?
