The Super Foods for Burning Fat

Everyone loves a curry or fast food or the occasional snack of chocolate, crisps and sweets however now is a good time to get your weight under control and because of this you should be taking steps to do just that. Some people enjoy exercise but the vast majority of people wont and for this reason most people will try dieting. Most people will fail because they are told to eat the wrong foods or are simply told to eat boring foods.

This article aims to tell you about foods that are not only tasty but they will also help you lose weight without any effort, so keep on reading.

Water - the miracle juice

Although technically not a food, water can and will help you lose weight. It is recommended that you drink at least 2 litres of water a day but realistically if you don't want to be kept going back and for to the toilet then this isn't achievable. However swapping your fizzy drinks to water in its self will help you save 200 calories a time, add to the fact that water flushes out your system and gets rid of all the junk then it's easy to see why water is a super food.

Green Tea

An excellent fat burner is green tea, and yet once again it isn't technically a food it will get the job done. Just like water, green tea will flush the body of any intoxicants.

Beans

Finally a food has made it onto the super food list, and what a super food it is. Not only are beans tasty but their also very good for you. Beans are pre loaded with an excellent protein and carbohydrate source which means they keep you full and give you bounds of energy. Eating beans will allow you to stay fuller for longer and will give you energy to exercise if you see fit.

Hot Spices

Hot spices are good for boosting your metabolic rate, meaning that your body will start to burn off those pounds quicker than ever before. Not only are hot spices good for losing weight but their also very tasty, but please check the rest of the meal you have with them because you don't want to be eating bad fats or carbohydrates.
