For many who have found out the secret, its just a few tricks here and there, tweaking and playing around with keywords, AdWords, SEO etc.

There is really no secret, dedication is just all one needs to find out what exactly needs to be done. To understand that one has to be a little creative in his/her approach is all that's needed no more no less. 

However, failing is just one of the best ways of learning. Quoting Thomas A. Edison - "I have not failed. I have just found 10000 ways that won't work." Investing in such a project could be very frustrating sometimes especially when expectations are high and returns are expected. But I will categorically tell you that with constant dedication, focus and perseverance (don't forget that you'll also be avoiding previously made mistakes), you'll eventually get it right. 

The most popular and assumably most profitable online method (of making money) is Affiliate Marketing. Every and Any body that ever made some money online at one point or the other did so through affiliate marketing. Whilst there are other sources like Paid Online Surveys, Domain name sales/monetization and even direct marketing of your own product (that is if you've got one), affiliate marketing seems juicy since you don't even have to have a product of your own to get on board. 

So you have acquired an affiliate program or two and you have started exploring the possibilities, chances are you'll get confused along the way because more than often the product gives a somewhat different picture from what was actually drawn on the sales page - that's called marketing by the way. Needless to say, some products do come in handy and they are capable of delivering what is expected of them or you as the case may be.

Never underestimate the power of what is behind that sales page. 

The story is very inviting, in fact superb enough that it makes you want to just jump on it. Then again like I said earlier, the contents might just be a bunch of stuff that would probably be of no use to you. You'll never know. Just one paragraph, concept, idea  etc that the creator of the product made might just be all you need to make things work for you, even with all the tutorial videos, walkthroughs, step-by-step's etc.

You might just want to risk buying that product. There would be some information lying in there for you, remember no knowledge is lost. Be ready to let go of some money, in order to make multiples of it.

Lastly I'll say that you might want to do a wide research over the internet itself - it has all you need to make it work for you. Take time out to do your own survey and study, a bulb might just light up over your head as you read up how others started off. Someone actually started all of these you know.
