There are plenty of secrets to achieving this, but one of the main ones to writing a great blog is to make sure you connect with people. The more distant you are, the less likely it is that you will connect on a deep enough level to warrant success as a blogger.

You need to keep people coming back for more if you want to be successful for the long term. And as such you need to stand out in the open, instead of hiding behind your words.

What do I mean by this?

Well, basically I mean that you shouldn't be scared of sharing your thoughts and feelings with your readers.
