You have probably tried a lot of different workouts to jump higher faster in your volleyball game. Also, to improve your spikes and jump higher to block better. By going through the motions necessary to achieve that goal, she will actually do it. If you could just be lighter and looser, you could just see yourself slamming that ball down to the opponent's court. So, yes, you must believe in yourself and your will do better than just all right.
So in order to jump higher faster and to get really better at your volleyball training, you should cultivate the proper mindset and even throw in the work ethic for extra measure.
