The Pride Revo

Pride Mobility Products has been in business since the mid 80's. They began manufacturing mobility scooters in 1992 and have since lead the industry in quality and innovation. Pride Mobility offers several different lines of mobility scooters that all offer unique features, while still maintaining the quality and reliability that Pride has always stood for. All Pride Mobility Products are thoroughly tested before leaving the facility and adhere to strict quality standards. One model that is very popular is the Pride Revo.

The Pride Revo is a mobility scooter designed with ease of use and transport in mind. It easily breaks down into 5 pieces, with the heaviest piece being around 50 pounds. The battery pack is designed to be easily removed or installed and features a pioneering drop in design. The circuit breaker and charger port are designed to be easily accessible as well, which adds to the Revo's usability. It utilizes a state of the art processor to control the motor to increase the overall range and efficiency of the unit. The seat offers complete 360 degree rotation and flip up arm rests for increased comfort. The Revo can support up to 300 pounds, has a range of about 20 miles, and travels at speeds up to 4.5 miles per hour.

There are two different models of the Pride Revo; a 3-wheel and a 4-wheel model. The 3-wheel model is slightly shorter in length and weighs about 20 pounds less than the 4-wheel model. The 3-wheel Revo also has a smaller turning radius of 38 inches. The 4-wheel Revo has a turning radius of 50 inches, but because it has 4-wheels, it has increased stability. This is not to say that the 3-wheeled Revo has poor stability, but 4-wheeled mobility scooters in general will have a better balance and stability than a comparable 3-wheel model. This is due to a longer wheelbase up front, which results in a more even distribution of the overall weight.

Both units, because of impressive engineering, have increased foot room without adding to the overall width or length of the device. The Revo Series include headlights and taillights for added visibility, and also have adjustable tillers for added customization. They feature a sealed transaxle that does not require any maintenance and a special dual breaking system for added security. The 24 volt motor is covered by a 3 year limited warranty. They come in an attractive blue or a vibrant red shade and are both very easy to control and drive.

There are many different accessories available for the Pride Revo. Some examples include a special forearm crutch holder, oxygen holder, quad cane attachment, and a heavy duty weather resistant cover that easily fits over the unit. There are also several different types of bags and baskets available, including a very impressive and convenient saddle bag. The Pride Revo is a well known and respected mobility scooter that will provide years of unfailing service. It has been thoroughly tested and will not fail you when you need it.
