The Perfect Body Building Diet Structure

In nature, construction is a very difficult task and destruction is not always so. People of ancient Egypt have built temples for their kings and now they stand as world wonders. Similarly, we should realise that even our organic body that we have got is a temple and therefore must build and sculpt it with great care and concern. Diet is the most important part in body building and here is how one must eat if he/she is willing to chisel their muscles to perfection.

The first golden rule in body building diet is to break down the meals into more frequent and smaller ones. Instead of having 3 large meals a day with a time interval of 5 hours, it is better to double the frequency and half the quantity and interval. This gives your body enough time to assimilate everything that you intake.

The ratio of carbohydrate: Fats: Proteins must strictly be 4:2:4 and this is the most balanced muscle building diet. You make take more proteins but the carbohydrate and fat intake must not be increased at all. Avoid having a carbohydrate dinner and stop your influx of high sugary substances like candies, sodas etc. Sticking to drinking of large amounts of water helps get the waste out faster and keeps the system clean and lubricated.

If you intend to reduce the fat and build your body, have 5 days of low calorie diet and 2 days of high calorie diet in a week. If you are already slim, do the opposite. Split your month into four weeks. Avoid meat in the first two weeks and instead rely on eggs and milk while take low fat meat from birds and fish alone in the next two weeks. Avoid frying and include more of boiling and roasting in your cooking patterns.

Follow this pattern of diet and see a visible new growth of muscles and confidence in yourself.
