The Nokia X6 is a Versatile, Yet Stylish Handset

Aimed primarily at entertainment tasks, the Nokia X6 has proven to be a popular handset since its release in December 2009. Its entertainment features include a versatile media player, stereo speakers, a number of games and 32 GB of internal storage which offers the potential can accommodate an entire digital music collection. To navigate the user interface, a 3.2 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen is utilised which can display up to 16M colours within a pixel layout of 360x 640 pixels. This results in excellent quality display of the on screen imagery making it perfect for viewing photos and video files. The everyday versatility in functionality of the Nokia X6 is tied thanks to a list of additional applications and features which are included as standard. In terms of entertainment, there is a versatile internal media player, a number of pre-installed games (along with access to a library of downloadable games) along with a stereo FM radio player with RDS. To carry out productivity tasks, a handy organiser and voice command/dial features are included along with tea nine predictive text input.

The Nokia X6 provides access to the Internet thanks to a HSDPA at speeds of up to 3.6 mega bytes per second, in areas covered by 3G. A faster connection can be achieved thanks to integrated Wi-Fi Technology which detects the signals provided by wireless Internet routers and utilises these to provide a faster connection at up to broadband speeds. Connection to cellular networks are provided via class 32 versions of both EDGE and GPRS.

Not only is the Nokia X6 a stylish handset, but a functional one as well which ticks all the boxes in terms of entertainment features as well as productivity applications.
