The Most Accurate Way to Prevent Commitment Phobics From Ruining Your Love Life

Have you ever wondered why some men don't or won't commit when they say they love their girlfriend? Did you know that the women who date them can spend years of their life modifying their behaviour just to get some sort of change from the man they love? And did you also realise that this has a low possibility of working and maybe it's time to get out while you can?

Commitment phobics, is a relatively new term that describes men who walk or run away from love, even if they sincerely love the woman they are with. They spend their life trying to catch and charm a woman into loving them and then back off and in some cases disappear all together when they succeed.

And the women at the end of such treatment end up feeling dazed, confused, insecure and are put off starting another relationship.

So, is there anything you can do to prevent commitment phobics from ruining your love life especially if you feel you have been involved with commitment phobics before and you want to stop this from happening again?

1. Look for patterns in their behaviour

The first thing you look for is the pattern of behaviour the man in your life has presented to you. For instance one of the biggest tell tale signs that he is a commitment phobic, is how irrational his behaviour can become.

It can happen like this. You are in a relationship and you think things are progressing nicely- your man has convinced you that he's the one for you and you're the one for him, but then he starts acting a little odd.
When you think about when this odd behaviour occurred you notice it was generally around the time when the relationship started to become more serious, and instead of you both pulling together to make the relationship stronger, you find he is making all sorts of excuses and pulling away from you.

What has happened is that you have become too close and this can act as a trigger for his behaviour changing. Because as much as he says he wants the relationship his behaviour is contradicting this.

2. Look out for your reaction as his behaviour changes.

This is how this could work.

You are talking with your girlfriends and the subject of men comes around and whilst all the other woman are being quite honest about some of the behaviour they don't like about the men in their life, you find yourself rationalising and making excuses for your boyfriend's irrational behaviour.

At first it's little excuses like he needs his space and you start to believe him when he tells you you're demanding. Later you can end up justifying big things like how he flirts with other women and the fling he had, whilst he was with you, was because he was feeling confused, but you believe things will change.
As extreme as this is, this can and does happen.

So is there anything you can use to stop you getting into this situation in the first place?
Use your gut instincts or your intuition.

When I've asked my clients what their first thoughts were of their guy when they met him, they each said they were sceptical at first but later ignored this because he treated them so well.
