As you read the following words you will find how easy is to constantly be in a state of gratitude. Remember that being in a state fo gratitude attracts more success and abundance your way if you are sincere about your thankfulness and gratitude.
Step 1
First, look at the things in your life that are really going well. If you can't think of anything that is going well, I suggest you really sit down and write out what you feel good about. This can be something small or something big, depending on where you see yourself in your life.
Step 2
Second, be aware of the people in your life that are expressing gratitude on a daily basis. Emulate them. See the joy that comes out of being in a state of gratitude. I noticed that if you watch people in their 80s-90s they generally are more open to expressing gratitude, I think this is because through years of experience they really begin to cherish the little things in life more.
Step 3
Third, be a person that enjoys to receive. There are people that are great at giving, but for every giver there must be a receiver. Allow yourself to receive more, and position yourself where you can be the receiver. Be the person that openly receives gifts, money, etc, and this will allow you the opportunity to feel grateful for these gifts. Fully enjoy the ability to just receive all that you desire and that continue to show up in your life.
