When you book early, you are ensuring that you get exactly what you want. When that happens, not only are you happy, but the people attending the corporate event are happy as well.

Here are some things you need to book early:

1. Find out what food everyone wants and get the caterers as quickly as you can. If you are booking during the busy holiday season of November to February, you will want to make sure you get a good caterer and not someone who barely knows how to cook.

2. The entertainment is key for any corporate entertainment event, and that is why you need to book them early. Again, during busy holiday seasons, you will have a lot of competition for who you book and that means booking early. If you wait too long you may not be happy with the results. If you aren't happy, your audience won't be happy either.

3. The space is important because that is where the corporate event takes place. If you do not have a space at the office, which is most likely, then you will have to book a hall or conference room. If you don't book early and it is the busy holiday season, you could end up booking a hall in the bad area of town, rather than in a good area everyone can get to.

4. The audience also needs to be booked so you should send out RSVPs early because that will give you an indication of who is coming and how many people are coming. That is very important for planning things like food.
