As Children of God, we are called by God to boldly take on the enemy with faces like flint and wearing the full armor of God, so that we can withstand the wiles of the devil and never retreat nor surrender to anything that may try and intimidate us. We are to be like young roaring lions as we follow the Lion of the tribe of Judah; almighty Jesus Christ Himself. “A lion, mighty among beasts, who retreats before nothing.” (Proverbs 30:30).
No retreat and no surrender should be a true Christian’s motto as we take on every enemy and every mighty beast and system that may come up against us. Just like the lion roars at his enemies refusing to back down nor be shaken no matter how threatening the opponent may be, so too, must we roar like lions at our adversaries and refuse to back down nor be shaken, we are to shake nations with the sword of our tongue and to never retreat no matter who may rise against us.
As true born again Christians who are disciples of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah whom is the Christ, we must ferociously roar at our enemies with the word of God and to seek the meat of the word from God, so we may be strong enough to take on and intimidate any beast in the jungle. “The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.” (Psalm 104:21)
Ezek 36:26
26 "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you
When we accept Jesus Christ who is the Lion of the tribe of Judah we are given a mighty and tremendous heart of: grace, love and power, we are given the heart of a lion as the spirit of the Lion of the tribe of Judah comes to dwell within us, and His spirit burns within our heart like an unquenchable fire. “But His word was in my heart like a burning fire shut up in my bones.” (Jeremiah 20:9)
When the spirit of the Lion of the tribe of Judah dwells within you and you become His Holy habitation, when you see injustices, the Lord will roar through you and convict people of their wickedness as His mighty anointing permeates off your speech. “The LORD will roar from on high, and utter His voice from His holy habitation; he will roar mightily.” (Jeremiah 25:30)
1 Samuel 13:14
14 "The LORD has sought for Himself a man after His own heart."
The Lord has the heart of a mighty Lion, as He is a mighty Lord who fears nothing and retreats before nothing and when He opens His mouth He roars like a Lion. “The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth.” (Joel 3:16)
God is seeking a people after His own heart. God has a Lionheart and we should seek after a Lion heart, we should seek the heart of a lion as we are after Gods own heart.
