Carlos Mundy is indeed an extraordinary man. He is engaged in humanitarian association, such as the Support committee for Tibet or Women Together. But he's also a great communicator and the founder of the Metaphore Magazine. Now, he shows the world that he's also a good fiction writer with his novel, The Rainbow Warrior.

Mundy has put together all the different bits of his life in it. A strong message of peace, a very compelling story and a protagonist inspired to His Holiness the Dalai Lama, whom Mundy has met in several occasions and who got the book as a birthday gift from Carlos. He has completed the book together with his sister and did not waste time. The book already reached all the most powerful world leaders. Carlos received feedback confirming that many of them appreciated it, from Zapatero to Obama.

Carlos' aim is to spread his message of peace, but also to show what's so wrong in our world. One of the elements of the book is the Omnipresent Eye, a sort of Big Brother, that checks on every individual's life. Nothing too far from what happens in most of the countries in the world.

This unique techno-fantasy novel shows an evolution of our world that might be possible if we make a sincere commitment to the principles of justice, peace, honesty, transparency and equality. The means by which this happens is the story of two youngsters, in a contemporary Alice through the Looking Glass. By chance, they are absorbed through their computers into a world wide web of fairies, colour, dreams and beauty, destroyed by the hunger for power and fanaticism of a few and the passive hopelessness of the majority.

As many other things Carlos has achieved in his life so far, this novel becomes a way to see the reality as it is, and a way for people to re-discover the need of peace and freedom.

Carlos Mundy is a painter, writer, publisher and model agent.
A man with many, different interests, he has his own model agency, but his main passion lies in communications and media. He founded the Metaphore magazine and is currently involved in operations with many charities and associations, such as the Support committee for Tibet. He met the Dalai Lama on several occasions.
