The cause of panic attacks is varied, however their are some very common imbalances that most people fall prey to. And, there are simple steps that anyone can take to manage their panic levels. How do I know that?

I was the worst panic attack sufferer until I learned how to control them. If you're eating a poor diet, you're unbalanced and your going to experience consequences not only to your body but also to your brain. Here are some things you can do to balance yourself. Eat more protein. Why?

In our modern diets we eat too much starchy carbohydrate at the expense of protein causing neurotransmitter imbalances. Protein is the stuff neurotransmitters are made from, so eat your meat, fish, eggs, and beans. Protein powder is a wonderful supplement that everyone can be using. I suggest one gram per pound of body weight per day. You can lower this amount once you feel better.

In addition to more protein, more fruits and vegetables are usually needed. The reason being that these foods contain alkaline minerals which we need to calm our nervous system.

Exercising is known to be good for your body, but did you know that it's also vital for your brain health? Panic attacks are basically a brain imbalance, and exercise will increase blood flow to the brain increasing flow to the parts of the brain that really need it.

Warning: As powerful as diet and exercise are you will likely fail in your attempts to control your panic attacks until you take this final step.
