The dilemma of a graduate today seems tetra headed. Just as the euphoria of having acquired a certificate snowballs, the young chap is faced with the need to earn prestige and money. Many may land the so called dream job while others trek along with their certificates in search of unavailable vacancies.

Trained in our various schools as those of Prussian army, they become a finished product that respond only when commanded just like a zombie. Their experience on hitting the labour market turns out to be totally different from their perception of the marketplace few years bye. They join the labour force totally unprepared.

Unfortunately, these jobs they have chosen were never of their own choice. It was a job dictated by their parents or guardians who are mostly of old school brand. The young people in question do not like such job a dime, they hate it yet they cannot do anything about it. As hard as they work, they have no passion for the job neither are they having fun. They just drag along on the job with zero self pride and a bleak future. To say the least these young people transfer such syndrome to their unwary children unconsciously.

As undesirable as the situation looks, there is a chance to effect a desired change. You need to ditch such jobs if you are in such a position and go for what you like as a person. Pick up a job that will be fun for you irrespective of the name. Let such jobs be where you can be creative and use your power of instinct.

Following your passion and instinct most often pitches you against public opinion. You become counter-normal, suffice to say counter peoples opinion. What they fear that lead them to their verdict for you may not be as tough as it look. The so called public opinion will never trust your instincts yet when you are done, they will congratulate and broadcast your deeds to the high heavens.

To avoid this cancer, young people are advised to search for and find information about a given career or profession personally while working closely with a mentor of choice. When you tilt towards a profession based on your instincts, your success rate is naturally energized.

All humans are born with instincts, they are natural. Its regular usage helps people to make quick assessments that are positive and precise. Its regularity enhances creativity and fun, thus more money and prestige.
