In the world of penis enlargement, there are many exercises to master to get your four inches of length gain. One of those types of exercises is penis stretching. Stretching when your member is flaccid is an exercise that should be done to warm up the penis for more strenuous hand exercises. Basically, these flaccid stretches work to literally stretch the ligaments at the base of your penis to make you longer. When first starting out with enlargement, some guys think that they are going to do permanent damage to themselves with these motions. I have two comments on this fear.

People who tell you that you are going to permanently maim yourself by doing some stretches are not educated in the process at all. Basically, all that these stretches entail is with a flaccid member, pulling from slightly behind the head of the penis and holding for about ten to twenty seconds.
