The worst part about Learning Disabilities is if you are not willing to challenge what the world says about you.

You are finished before you got started. It does not matter if you have all the money in the world, if you are the best looking person you know, or if you were popular in high school, if you do not develop a belief in yourself, you will not be successful!

Having a learning disability can be just the reason for you to be average! All you will have to do is listen to what your peers say about you. They may laugh because you can not spell as well as them or if you finished in the bottom third of your class. At the end success starts in your mind! Now you can see the WORST part about Learning Disabilities, Let's talk about the BEST! The best part of having one is you have to develop an inner strength in yourself. At some point you must ask yourself, "Am I really all that disabled?

I realize this lesson early on. There were certain people along the way that sincerely believed that I would not be able to accomplish much in my life time. They actually wrote letters to my parents about their thoughts! What having a learning disability forced me to do was believe in myself. Sure, my mom and dad would support me. What I found was I had to believe in MYSELF!

Present, it doesn't matter what anyone thinks about me. I call the shots in my life. I have made the decision to believe in me! Now you know about the WORST and the BEST parts about learning disabilities.

Now, what the heck can you do about it? Establishing self belief can be the hardest battle anyone faces! This is the very reason why people struggle to lose weigh time and time again. They can not beat the mental struggle.

Here are the action steps:

-Throw away all your junk food!

-The fastest and easy way to lose a weight and improve your image is losing weight.

- Drink a gallon of water a day!

- Do not hang around negative people. If not possible to cut them off, just cut down the time.

-Read or listen to non-fiction books about self-improvement.

- Walk 30 minutes a day.

All of these activities will improve the way you feel! Feelings shape our beliefs.
