As you come up reach with straight arms toward your feet, then smoothly lie back down and bring your legs down. You want to form the pike position when you are up. Do this for 30 reps or as many as you can.
Breathing is extremely important with these exercises. Be sure that you do not hold your breath, but that you inhale and exhale during the reps.
