I like my berries in shakes and with nuts. Most berries are naturally sweet. So if you have a sweet tooth, go ahead and have berries for dessert too.
3. Nuts: Nuts are great for controlling your appetite and cravings. They contain healthy fats and antioxidants. They are a great snack when you're on the go. I like to mix some walnuts, almonds, etc. and take it with me when running errands or going for a hike. Just remember to stick to raw nuts and stay away from salted nuts.
4. Avocado: Avocado is a delicious healthy fat you can have. You can have avocados with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Guacamole with sliced green, red, and yellow peppers is a great snack.
