So far, all the people I've ever known, met, dealt with, or shared experiences with can be expressed in 5 Types.

This list isn't meant to be a definitive end all categorization but more of a generalized quantifier. It's my personal list culled from over 20 years worth of dealing and interacting with men, women, and groups from around the world. When boiled down to it, at least one of the Types is applicable to everyone I encounter. Some may resonate more with one Type or another, some may exhibit qualities of one Type one day, and another Type another day... The more I've used this as a framework with which to interact with people, the more I've learned how to effectively and successfully deal and interact with each Type, offering them positivity and blessings how I could, and how they would allow me.

In no particular order:

Problem focused or Solution focused? Does this person tend to dwell and linger on how unjust and unfair a particular problem is? Does this person tend to place blame on someone or something for the events that caused a problem, whether they were responsible for it or not? Does this person even admit that a problem exists? Does this person capitalize on the misfortune of others' problems? Does this person make the problem personal? Does this person stagnate due to this problem, is it overwhelming and exhausting to them?

Is this person focusing attention and Energy towards a creative solution? Is this person capable of forgiving and forgetting the problems and transgressions encountered? Despite differences in perceptions, is this person capable of holding and maintaining a way to generate a positive solution for all involved? Is this person allowing themselves to grow due to this problem? Is this person transmuting negative into positive- can they make me see a field of roses when all that's really there right now is a heap of dog poo?

Default Creator or Deliberate Creator? Does this person have a habit of causing drama in personal and professional spheres? Are lower energy vibrations of Lust, Greed, Anger creating this persons existence? Is it easier for this person to be who they are now because to be who they really want to be would require some type of upheaval or change, something they are both afraid and fearful of?

Do unwanted things happen to this person, or does this person allow only positive to exist in their life- exemplified by the last few years in this persons personal history. Is this person setting goals, and can easily tell me where they'll be in 2, 5, 7, or 10 years from now? Is this person sensing me as a welcome addition to their environment and space, or, am I an unwelcome guest/intruder?

Head based or Heart based Thinking? Does this person make logical, sound, and informed decisions? Does this person easily draw others into arguments? Does this person exemplify Aristotelian traits- finding safety and comfort in the known, structured, and stable explanations? Does this person get easily upset, angered, or aggrieved? Does this person change over time? Does this person do what's best for only themselves?

Are the subtle nuances of this persons speech (oral or body) indicative of a passion or a drive to something positive, and, Do they believe it's something positive to them? Is this person Socratic- finding safety and comfort in the unknown, unstructured, and unstable explanations, allowing those explanations to change over time and with different people? Is this person capable of doing things for others, freely and willingly?

Self Destructive or Self Constructive? Does this persons habits and actions cause decay and neglect? Is this persons health (emotional, mental, physical) in a precarious position? Does this person knock down others or make rude comments about others? Does this person disrespect themselves and/or me? Does this person often utter negative statements about themselves and their lives? Does this person even know if they are on a path? Does this person play well with others?

Is this person well-groomed, physically and mentally, have they reached a comfortable balance in their lives? Is this person positively building others with compliments and positive observations? Does this person allow themselves to accept constructive criticism? Does this person have a path to follow, and are they following it? Are others are enhanced and grow due to this persons actions and words.

Love based or Fear based Actions? Does this person undertake actions from a standpoint of lack or need? Do they do what they do to fill a void? Does this person harbor some secret joy at the failure of others? Does this person think the same as the Group? Does this person need proof of Faith as exhibited by some miracle or answer to a prayer? Does this person hold others in a prison of their hate? Does this person consistently sick, late for work, or plagued with worries?

Is this person capable of composing and directing thoughts towards abundance? Does this person get excited when good things happen to others? Is this person thinking for themselves? Is this person seeing the miracles of their Deliberate Creation around them, and telling me what they are? Is this person loving life and all that it has to offer? Is this person carefree?

See a common thread in these Types? The framework used in constructing and idealizing these Types- where I was coming from when I realized one type and another, then a lack of one Type which necessitated another- is simple:

The only lesson and teacher is love;

We are all vibrational energy beings; and,

we get what we want whether we want it or not.

Keep in mind, this list of Types has been under construction for about 20 years. Maybe someone else with a completely different life experience than I may quantize these Types in some other Archetypal manner or fashion- but for me, these are the basic vibrations of 20 years worth of dealing and interacting with people. These Types have remained the same whether I encountered them as a lowly Army private, or now, as a professional consultant of I.T. Policy and I.T. Acquisition. If they don't work for you or seem right to you, then modify them to something that does- this is the 5 Type Modality. When discovering these Types for yourself, you will also be led to understand and know more about yourself.

When you can see your own 5 Types, or 6 Types, or 20 Types, then not only will you have a good basis of how to interact and react to them, but you'll also have a better knowledge of how to interact and react with yourself- along your own personal Journey of Creation.

Big Hugs!
