The 5 Love Languages - Which One Are You?
Print This Article Ezine Publisher Send To Friends Add To Favorites Post A Comment Suggest Topic Report Author

If you all don't know already, the 5 love languages are Quality Time, Receiving Gifts, Acts of Service, Physical Touch and Word of Affirmation. Ask yourself this question, "Which love language suit me the most?" Love language means out of the 5 things your spouse would do for you, which is the one that would make you feel loved the most.

Quality time means the time that both of you spend together, alone. It can be at the beach, either of your homes, at a void deck of a certain place, shopping together, watch the sunset together. Anything. Alone doesn't mean literally alone. Both of you can be in a shopping mall filled with people, but being alone means at that point of time, the only familiar faces are the both of you.

Receiving gifts means when you receive any gifts from your spouse, you would feel loved. It can be anything from a simple box of chocolate to a diamond ring. If you love receiving gifts from your spouse the most, then this is your love-language. Acts of service refers to the person doing something for you. It can be from something as simple as carrying your bag for you to driving you around where ever you want to go. If your partner shows acts of services and you love it the most, this is your love-language.

Words of affirmation refer to giving assurance to your partner. It can be in form of simple acts of love, which assure your partner that the love grows deeper by the second. It can be in any form and whenever your partner assures you and you feel the best from it, then it is your love language.

Physical touch refers to having close physical contact with each other. Something simple from fondling with each others' hair to engaging in any sexual activities can mean physical touch. If having physical touch makes your love grow deeper, then this is your love language. Girls love physical touch more than guys, but I would not explain it here. So, which is your love language? I hope after reading this article you all would have a clearer mind about the 5 love language.
